Best authentic Mexican in my opinion is Sahuayo in Gonzales. Seriously legit.

Superior sucks arse. There are actually good Mexican and Latin restaurants in Baton Rouge. Blue Corn is one on the high end, and La Morenita, La Tienda on Siegen is good, Los Plebes is great etc.
You claim you know good tex men but knight for superior? You marry into that family or something ?

Here lately one of my favorite places for Mexican food is Queso on Sherwood. Some of the best ceviche in town along with margaritas. Place doesn't look like much but has good food.
