McDonald’s has the worst customer service

It’s McRib season. In hopes of finding a participating location, I tried to call no less than 5 stores. None answered the phone.
Have any of you had any luck?

Dude that McRib is disgusting. As a kid I use to like it so when they brought it back while I was in college I tried it again and was severely disappointed.

I had one Saturday for lunch. I had the runs until Sunday night. Never again.
And when I asked for ketchup, they said they were out of the packs of ketchup.

The Valuzzo run ones in Baton Rouge are top notch. The even put in some automatic cashiers in a few.

Just in case they are interested, their location in St. Francisville is probably the worst run store in the entire corporation. It is horrible on so many levels, I think they've given up on it. Please accept my challenge to nominate a worse one.

Yea, it's a GM issue. My guess is it is a GM they are having trouble terminating for certain reasons??

Valluzzo ran McDonalds are extremely well ran for the most part. Pontchatoula and St. Franny are the exceptions.
