I find the Zatatain’s liquid boil to be more concentrated, so I prefer it there.

However, in regards to powder boil, fish/shrimp/chicken fry and the cans of Cajun/Creole seasoning, I agree.

Seems like most of their dry products have too much dehydrated bell pepper.

Zatarain's is ok.

Louisiana is great.

I like Cajun Land powder boil the best.

La tastes less salty than Zats.

I use La powder with Zats liquid.

Louisiana seems to be very popular, but it has a ton of clove in the seafood boil. A little too overwhelming for me. I can be fifty feet or more from a boiling pot and tell if Louisiana is used.

And for thanksgiving? You mix Zat's boil with some butter, roasted garlic hot sauce, lemon juice, and then you inject the s*** out of your turkey. Under the skin, which takes a bit more work. Then you adequately fry that turkey.

This will make a most juicy turkey.

I boiled with Zatarain's a few weeks ago and it was like eating a spoonful of salt with each crawfish tail. Never buying their powder again. But the liquid is money as others have said

the absolute worst Zatarain's powder is the Pro Boil.

not sure what's even in that, but it makes brown shite water.
