I love an old school twice baked potato w a steak. Also like simple sautéed mushrooms, bonus points if you do some caramelized shallots w/the mushrooms.

Going to have to try that. I usually just take them out the fridge and put virgin olive oil and seasoning.

Horse radish mashed potatoes or a strawberry and pecan spinach salad with raspberry vinegrett. Or grilled corn on the Cobb.

Too late for a tomato salad but a batch of baby green Lima beans with butter would go nice.
