I have leftover that I need to use. Have already made short ribs and rosemary potatoes with chicken. What is your favorite use for these herbs? Cocktails are acceptable also.

If there are no good ideas it will be garnish on a cheese board.

I just went out to dinner a couple nights ago and the dessert was an olive oil cake with an olive oil and rosemary ice cream. It was insanely good.

I have NO IDEA how to make it, but if you can figure it out let me know.

@cheesegal on Instagram uses rosemary in a cocktail recipe that seems to be well liked. It’s the Christmas Cosmo

Add rosemary and thyme to butter and garlic, melt together and make a paste to put on prime rib roast and enjoy.

Rosemary goes great with lamb and I think thyme goes great with everything. So I’d go with lamb.

You can always dry whatever you have and save it for later.

I was going to suggest making herb butter with softened butter for use with meats or pasta. Great to have on hand.

Pan seared steak (especially strip). Heavily s&p. Hot cast iron or steel. Sear 1 side 2:00. Flip. Add butter, crushed garlic, rosemary and thyme. Baste ala Gordon Ramsey for 2:00+. Rest. Slice and top with pan drippings.

Add sprigs of each along with bay leaves to roasted vegs whilst they cook. Wonderful.

Add thyme to roast chicken.

Mr. B's used to have dish called shrimp and angel hair pasta. The shrimp were sauteed and the pasta was coated in a creamy emulsified garlic and herb butter. I have the recipe somewhere in this house. I made it many times and used to keep the herbed butter mixture in the freezer for quick yummy meals.

If you have two small bottles, consider adding each herb to some hot olive oil and then storing in sealed bottles. Should keep well for at least a couple of months. Add it to whatever you like. Steak, chicken, pork, watever

Thanks, I checked it out on Yelp. Torta d’Oliva. Sounds interesting.
