Looking for Pool Drink recommendations

New pool was finished last summer, and we spend almost every weekend by it. I typically have beer, but wife wants a pitcher or 2 of drinks available when friends come over.
I’ve tried a bunch of margarita recipes (and some other drinks), but nothing’s been a home run. Just kind of meh, so I want to do better this year.
If you do have a recipe recommendation, please include instructions like I’m a slow adult.
Thanks, and cheers.

Absolute vanilla vodka, pineapple juice, fresh lime slice. Never made a pitcher. I use a cocktail shaker with a little ice in it to mix vodka and pineapple juice; strain the ice when pouring into glass; squeeze the lime slice into it. Very refreshing.

I prefer lower alcohol, long drink type sippers for hot weather. Sangria, whether white or red, is a fine thing. So is a classic Pimms cup in the English style with fruit not just cucumber. And introduce your wife to the shandy—beer and lemonade—as a great summer option. Or something like Stiegl radler, a grapefruit soda and beer combo available in cans.

Small can of limeade
Fill same can with vodka
Ice
Blend well, then add in 4 light beers.
I know this sounds like a strange combination, but it turns out really nice, very refreshing

Make a giant container of homemade pineapple vodka and then just add soda and ice.
Cut up a couple of pineapples and add a handle of vodka. Let is sit for a week and go to town.

Peach Sangria
1.5L moscato
750ml peach schnapps
2 cans peach nectar
bag of frozen peaches
If you want it even stronger, add some vodka to it, but I find that's not really necessary, especially if you'll be drinking around the pool for hours.

Painkillers.
2 ounces Navy Strength Rum (Pusser’s is a good option)
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce cream of coconut
Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
You can easily batch this cocktail, just do the math.

That's called a Chilton...except replace the lime with lemon and add a small bit of salt on the rim.

1 - 12oz Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate*
2 cups Unsweetened Ice Tea
3 cups Bourbon (more if you are manly)

mix all until sugar dissolves*
Freeze overnight.
I make a double batch and use 1.75 liter bottle of bourbon

I've always found dark and stormy's to be an exceptionally refreshing drink, and super easy to make.
A traditional D&S uses Goslings Dark Rum and Goslings Ginger Beer, but there's no point in spending that much money. I use store brand ginger beer and Admiral Nelson rum (severely underrated for cocktails and less than $20 a handle!).
2:3 ratio of rum to ginger beer on the rocks with a lime slice garnish. You don't have to make it near that strong and it'll still taste great and will be super refreshing.

Nice. This time of year I prefer a Flu shot. 2 ounces vodka and 2 ounces NyQuil.
Pool time I enjoy a tall glass of ice cut with about 10 ounces of vodka. Wave a lime in its general direction.

I tend to stay away from the frozen stuff in the pool. It's usually too cold to drink right away without a brain freeze, and I end up letting it melt a good bit first. But my wife made a bourbon cherry lime-aid slush several years ago that hit the spot. We somehow wore out a KitchenAid blender, and had bought a Ninja, so she kept playing with it.
I was cutting grass one day, and she walked out and handed me a drink. I had made a batch of bourbon soaked cherries (thanks to someone here posting a thread/recipe about it) and we had some limes. She put about a dozen of the cherries in the blender, a couple of shots of the syrup they were in, which was equal parts simple syrup and bourbon, and a couple of shots of bourbon on top of that. Peeled a few limes and tossed them in, and filled it about halfway with ice and blended it to make a couple of drinks. The cherry and lime took away the bite of the bourbon. Similar to how a Mint Julep tasted in how it was mildly sweet.
