The correct answer is R'Evolution and its caviar staircase.

Just order some online and eat it while you walk around town.

This is one of the more odd requests I have seen on here. But my odd is your Friday.

If you are eating caviar with the same people you are eating at Commander's...why dont you just call Commanders and ask them if they can do a caviar service for your group. I am sure they would be able to accommodate that and their wine list will ease the sticker shock.

I am sure Commander's would be happy to scrounge up some caviar for you. If you don't want to have a $100.00 serving of caviar with your $0.25 martini, ask Hugo to suggest a wine paring. I could think of worse ways to spend a Friday afternoon.

Is the 'Athens, GA' for Siberian sturgeon supposed to be a joke?

I think a UGA professor has been farming it for years now as part of some program, Inland Seafood sells it

Looks like you're right. Thanks. I thought maybe it was just some goofy reference to the Republic of Georgia.
