Don't have my own so it might be a bad response. Don't give a frick. That said, Google Newk's white BBQ sauce. It is really good.

Trying to make something similar to this. It’s a restaurant in Thibodaux La called Grady V’s
Brisket nachos.

A friend that worked there told me they use regular BBQ sauce, white BBQ sauce, brisket and veg.
Dish is amazing...

I made links the other day and used one cup creme fraiche because I had it and needed to use it up and one cup mayonnaise. Came out good. A little thinner but thats ok by me. I basted a roasted chicken with it like Chef John.

Mayo
Apple cider vinegar
Sugar
Lots of black pepper
Salt

That’s the base. You can take it whatever direction you like from there with different spices and whatnot.

I make this one semi-frequently. Goes great on smoked chicken and as a base for a bbq pizza.

- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon powdered garlic
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish from a jar (either in vinegar or creamy)
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Morton’s coarse kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon finely ground cayenne pepper
