I agree. I would pretty upset with myself and my son if I sat and watched my son stand on the sidelines and watch his 3-4 teamates be rushed by an entire team and not have the courage to go help protect his teammates.

Common sense needs to take over on GHSA's part and reinstate these kids.
I'm sure Langston doesn't want to play a JV team and have an astrick by their name in the next round. They want to play Gainesville's best. Just my $0.02 worth

Gainesville HS Football suspensions

I have no skin in the game here but I feel bad for the Gainesville High Football team. I think GHSA needs to reevauluate this. I see the Brunswick player starting all this by ripping the helmets off of 2 Gainesville players, throwing punches, and then the big lineman coming in and leveling the GH player with no helmet on. I bet GHSA's phone has been ringing off the hook.

Welcome back. Should I be scared since you've had time to work on those ribs?
I'd like to see them run Sebring.
Sorry if this has been mentioned already. One of our HS commit's goes #14 to the Rays. Being that good, and drafted early I realize he was never going to college to play baseball. But good to see a local kid, Dawg fan growing up, go that high in the draft.

Daniel Pierce :usa:
For the SEC for me LSU

Others- Coastal Carolina
Who all is going to continue to watch the CWS and if so who are you pulling for? Some good game today/tonight.
Lots of good and surprising baseball yesterday. Love this time of year!
GO DAWGS! :usa:
I'd say Harris and Quinn were players of the game last night. Quinn coming in and cleaning up the mess in the first and Harris closing it out. Both looked really good. Here's to a low pitch count, efficient game tonight for Curley!
 :usa:
I get mine at Atlanta Highway Seafood Market in Gainesville.

Actually got some live Crawfish there this weekend. Always good but I do call ahead and make sure they have it/preorder it.
Schedule change

Game 1 @ 5pm ET

Game 2 is 30 minutes after game 1.

GO DAWGS!!  :usa:
It’s over. Sooners 8-6. Alford out swinging.
Damn it, we can’t hit. We aren’t seeing anything special after their starter. Swing and miss, looking at strikes. Defense is below average. Not a good combo for post season play.
Trey Phillips’s with a bomb in the 3rd. 2-1
2-0 bad guys after 2. We are good at hitting into dbl plays to end the innings.
I use to be able to use LINK
Not sure if that is what you were using.

How do you feel on the Carnivore Diet? I've heard it makes you feel bad at first.

I feel great now. The first week was a little rough adjusting to the diet. Some headaches, upset stomach, but pretty much by week 3 I could tell a change for the better. Now, no headaches, by bad knees feel better, snoring is almost gone per the wife, I didn't get the flu that went around work in January.

Didn't mean for this to turn into a Q&A on the the diet but just to show some food that I think we can all relate to.

What’s the deal with that strip loin? I’m going to guess it’s local and grass fed? Crazy lean, very little marbling. Interested to hear the story there.

The side you see with the knife on it was the fat cap side. There was a lot of hard fat, and silver skin. I trimmed it all down to what you see. The pic with the steaks cut had some pretty good fat through the meat. I smoked these first at around 225 for a couple hours so some of the fat rendered out before putting them on the Blackstone.

It's from Costco which is where most fake BBQ champs get their meat.

You mad bro?!? :moon:

It was actually bought at Kroger. They had the whole thing cryovaced and it was $6.99/lbs uncut. Sorry, not going to buy the $250 Snake River Farms for my first attempt breaking down that size of a piece meat. But thanks for stopping by and looking.
