I haven’t smoked one of these in a while. I still got a half box full of these from 2018.

A new line of flavored cigars from STG’s Forged Cigar Co. is scheduled to arrive on store shelves in early October.

Released under the name FLVR, the line has five cigars, all coming in a 5 x 42 corona vitola and priced at $4.49 per cigar and $112.25 per box of 25 cigars

As for the names and flavor profiles, the company described them this way:

FLVR Space Ranger Corona — A combination of chocolate and mint flavors with a hint of cherry for an ode to an ice cream sundae.
FLVR Fist Bump Corona — A profile reminiscent of frosted birthday cake.
FLVR Ski Chalet Corona — A caramel-flavored bomb with hints of cinnamon spice that gives a nod to fall.
FLVR Yacht Rock Corona — A booze-inspired smoke with notes of rum, simple sugar and cola.
FLVR Unicorn Tears Corona — A profile that evokes cookie dough and brown sugar.

Been dabbling in flavored stogies lately. Saw these in the shop today and trying Unicorn Tears now. Pretty legit.

I don’t know if I’d go that far with the infused cigars, but I love the Fat Bottom Betty from Drew Estate. Tastes like chocolate

I don’t figure them as replacing a main normal cigar usually but like the smaller sizes as a pre, mid or post regular cigar for a nice palate change. I like changing things up.

What do you want to spend per stick, have you ever smoked cigarettes, etc?

Fuente 8-5-8 (Natural or Maduro) is a good beginner, and a good daily consistent stick. Depending on your taste, you may like the Natural better, or the Maduro better.

FYI: For those who’s a 8-5-8 fan, I came across this for a hell of a steal.

That’s about $4.31/stick.

I don’t even know what a decent cigar costs. Just say moderate price range. No I’ve never smoked cigarettes

I always recommend newbies get a few samplers and go from there. There’s so much quality out there, it’s hard to know exactly what you will prefer.

Fox Cigar has some great four and five pack samplers that come in humidor bags that are excellent for beginners that may not have a humidor set up.

But if you forced me to give you one cigar to try out as a new smoker, I’d go with the My Father La Opulencia.

This is the best advice. When I started dipping my toes 2 years back I bought a few different sample sets from famous smoke. I used these to find the ones that I liked the most and started buying those. From there I learned new ones to try from this thread and some online forums.

Samplers are a good idea for sure

Check the temp of the room you are keeping them in. Don’t let it get higher than 70 deg.

I’m the same way. After the gym, after sex, after getting the kids ready for school, any sort of “exercise” I’m rewarding myself with a cigar

Hell, sometimes I’m weed eating and planting while smoking.
