I hope you've had a great time.
I also tried a Le Bijou 100 Anjos last week which was phenomenal. Damn near impossible to decide on my next box between it and the Perdomo.

Happy Friday gents (and ladies!)

Trying out a new Macanudo tonight. It's almost to hot outside, but I definitely needed a time out after the last week. Happy Friday everyone!

Forgot the picture before finishing her up, but had a very nice Flor de las Antilles maduro and a glass of Elmer.

The humidity is low enough that I am enjoying an Oliva O, right now.

I bought my first Tabernacle from my local B&M 2 months ago and today was the day to light it up. I'm only halfway through but it's already made it into my top 3.

I now understand why some call this the "budget" Tabernacle. The draw was way too loose and smoke production went from voluminous in the first third to nearly nonexistent during the transition to the final third. The ash then decided to blow up as I was thinking about reaching for my ashtray. I'm glad I tried it but it's not a stick that I'll choose again.

Men, good evening.
I come looking for guidance. I host a bourbon club for my neighborhood. This past week we did on, and surprisingly for the first time also included cigars.
I had a My Father Connecticut 6.5x54. It was excellent while drinking some rum and bourbon through the evening.
My problem is it was a big cigar. I seem to think I'd prefer something half that size. Am I wrong? Feel free to tell me I'm wrong.
Regardless of if I'm wrong, any suggestion similar to that?

Smoke what you like, like what you smoke. Look for coronas.

I just got some Undercrown coronets (4x32) for these hot nights where I don't want to sit outside for an hour and a half. The petite robusto My Fathers are nice too.

With that out of the way... My Father is a great line. Jamie and "Don Pepin" Garcia blend for a lot of different companies. The Blue Toro Gordo is my favorite. The smallest in that line is a 4.5x50 Petit Robusto.
If you want something shorter on smoking time, take a look at Amazon Basin Daggers or the Hemmingway Short Story. Both are roughly 30-45 minute sticks.

First time smoking the OG. Not a bad stick but a bit too mild for my palate.
