Have a bunch from soups over the weekend. What can I create with them

Are they cooked?
I always use egg noodles when I make a tuna or chicken casserole

A couple nights ago we did a lobster pasta with lemon cream sauce. Couldn't have been easier, and you boil the pasta separately then add it to the sauce and lobster meat, so if the noodles are already cooked they should be good to use.

Brown a pound of ground beef, drain then throw in some diced onions, peppers and celery for 5 minutes. Add one can of cream of mushroom soup and one cup of water and simmer until thickens. Stir in cooked egg noodles. We call it SOS pasta.

Add some butter and parmesan cheese to it. It sounds too simple but it's darn good.

Just made Beef Stroganoff over the weekend using this recipe. The only thing I would change would be to add half a cup of red wine when I brown the meat.
It came out great and its just simple comfort food.

Good catch! That is a necessity!
