Lotus of Siam is an absolute must.

STK won't be a bad experience if you are craving steak

If you're looking for some cheaper more casual eats, Cosmopolitan has a few restaurants I'd recommend. Holstein's has some good burgers, and of course Momofuku is always a great option as well.

I'll never forget my wife paying at least $35 for a mediocre ceasar salad at The Ventian or another casino around there. Late night drunk dinner.

Mon Ami Gabi for breakfast. Andouille sausage Benedict is solid. Noodles at Bellagio for late night dim sum and crabmeat vermicelli. For dinner I like Old Homestead in Caesars and Lakeside at Wynn.

I was there this past weekend.

Enjoyed a good lunch at Lotus of Siam and a very good one at China Poblano.

Best Friend in the Park MGM was great.

Meal of the trip for me, though, was EDO Tapas, which is about 10 minutes off the strip. The food was really great and the service was on-point. Crazy thing is that they have a 10 course menu, which we did, for only $50. Insane value for the quality of food they delivered. If you're open to getting away from the strip for a night, it's worth a look.

If you want to try something a little different, you can try KoMex Fusion. It's like 15-20 minutes away, but the Fusion Tater tots are great.

Grimaldi's is good pizza too.
