Several years ago I was in Baton Rouge and walked through a craft fair where a wood spoon booth caught my eye. I forgot the name of the guy and his business.

I am looking for some roux spoons, salad spoons and various items that I saw at his booth. Anyone know of a place in LA that hand carves or makes well crafted wooden spoons?

The Spoon Mill out of Dunham Springs used to work the craft show circuit. Dunno if it’s still around or not.

Don’t see Spoon Mill online, nothing on FB
Found Real Cajun Spoons which takes you to Bubbas Spoon Factory, site says they aren’t currently shipping
Found this one:
Spoons Galore and More

Great idea OP, these would make great gifts

I did see that spoon galore website. The spoon booth I walked by in BR had 100’s of various types shapes & sizes and different types of wood. I was hoping that someone knows of that specific or another person making these before I have to settle on the website offering.

I haven't been in almost a year, but there used to be a vendor at the downtown farmers market (don't think it was the vendor from Denham Springs, but it could have been) on the first Saturday of each month. During December they have the crafts portion every Saturday until Christmas.
