I think their hanger is the best steak they offer. Skirt is good, but hanger is marvelous.

Ok so I'm going to get the hanger and my wife is going to get the skirt. We decided against the skin-on version because it's cooked to tender rather than cooked to order. We also plan on an order of the provoleta. Anything else that is an absolute must-have?

hard to find hanger in a store ... whole foods will sell theirs, but it's only 1 cut per cow, i believe ... publix guy told me they don't sell it ... assuming the butcher takes it ...

If I'm with a group of 4 and we do the tasting menu, I always get the hanger since they don't offer the skirt with that package for whatever reason.
Get you a gaucho plate and try the sweetbreads, empanadas, and sausage.

Just call around. It's not a common cut you see in your regular stores.

That cheese app is hard to eat. It gets cold too fast as well. When its cold it's inedible.
