Looks for an amazing set of kitchen shears. Do anything heavy duty type. Ready to spatchcock anything. Willing to buy once cry once.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I bought these and they slice thru chicken with ease. Whatever you buy make sure they come apart for cleaning.

I have collected many kitchen shears over the years and this is the one I grab most often. The ability to separate it into two pieces for ease of cleaning and the stuck jar opener is a game changer.

I’ve had the Fiskars shears for a while. They work great, stay sharp. Would buy again.

I've had these for 20 years. Still cutting like they were new. Messermeister shears.
