Has anyone heard of him? He is a cowboy chef and the last three weeks I have been cooking some of his recipes. I would say the basic stuff I have cooked were delicious such as the sloppy Joes and baked bean casserole.

Next I'm going to do his own version of a lasagna.

I watch him all the time, didn't realize who he was until I googled him. The youtube algorithm plays at least one of his videos a day while I'm at work. He's pretty entertaining and his food is solid.

He’s fun, a little cheesy but in a good way. I enjoy his stuff. I haven’t ever tried his recipes but they seem pretty good.

I enjoy his cowboy cooking shows out of the wagon on the Oklahoma prairie, he does a great job.

I think he was a finalist for $50,000 on a show called grill masters. I don't know if he won though.

Learned how to season and refinish my cast iron pieces from him. Also keep up to-date on his recipe videos.

Kent has some good simple recipes. I also like Jacques Pépin.

I think he sees himself as the Cowboy version of Justin Wilson. he mentioned that he and Wilson were friends.

He’s nowhere near the food genius as Tom Fitzmorris.

Kent's chicken fried steak and mashed potato recipes are gold. And I like his cowboy coffee.

He said that he has been cooking for his whole life and his mother taught him how to cook good food even from canned products.

I eventually will be doing his version of tex mex lasagna. But I'm starting on the easier recipes like his version of hamburger helper.

My husband showed me a few of his videos this week. Food looks some but good. We haven't made any though.

So far they have been good. Chili dogs, baked bean casserole and the sloppy joes. He can make mediocre food like what I listed above taste much better.
