It's now available on Netflix. This is mandatory watching for anyone interested in food or restaurants.

Amazing how much influence that one restaurant can have on American and Louisiana food, not to mention the string of great chefs it produced.

Fascinating Lady and documentary. I really never knew how single-handedly she shaped the vision of Brennan's and the legacy. I knew some of the basics of the story, but it was really intriguing to hear all about it from her. My estimation of her and her legacy grew immensely.

I saw that awhile back. Even Tom Fitzmorris got a small blurb.

I have not seen it but I was having lunch at the restaurant one day when they were filming it. I have an autographed copy of her book.
