17" tabletop to use while camping/hunting. Just seasoned it and will be making smash burgers tonight. What's yall favorite things to cook on them?

Burgers as well, but I love to make a big breakfast. I have one similar to your 17” but mine has the fryer/side burner. I’ll make a ton of pancakes on it, bacon and eggs, sausage, omelets and hash browns.

Smashburgers, cheesesteaks, breakfast.
I'll never cook bacon any other way if I can help it.

Holy shite, I love this thing. I'm going to have to get a full sized one to use at the house.

My dad has one.

Smash burgers are the best, cheesesteaks are good.

all breakfast foods and quesadillas are great on a flat top. Cheesesteaks are probably our favorite thing.

Great re-post!

Pro-tip. Most ethnic Markets have a frozen, fully sliced ribeye loins (for Korean BBQ) & Cuban bread in stock. Get these plus onions, mushrooms, poblanos, and Fresno chilis for the best got'dang cheesesteak!

Alternatively, you can buy red and green cubanelle peppers instead of poblanos and Fresno chilis.

We do a “Build Your Own Fried Rice”

I fry up the rice and set to the side. Inside, my wife has all kinds of fixings (peas, carrots, mushrooms, etc). You put what you want in your bowl, bring it to me, I stir fry it, add egg, then add some rice, add in other stuff (soy, etc).
