upgrade from Atomic once Shake Shack

I need validation on actual Metry sighting and consumption before validating this opinion yankee.

curbside is WAY overrated on this board. I mean i like it but it is nothing more than a good food truck burger. nothing special.

I'm not saying Curbside is orgasmic. I agree with your assessment of being a good food truck burger, which means it is a good burger.

Atomic is just not as good. It is a decent burger. Reminds me of In-n-Out or Five Guys level of burger.

I’m sure as a shareholder in most NOLA restaurants you’ll hate it, but having had both, I definitely prefer shake shack.

I thought the same.

Only thing that would make me return at this point.

Glad to see NOLA will also be getting a burger upgrade from Atomic once Shake Shack opens up.

If it’s anything like a Curbside, N/Out, 5 guys, that will be great. There are none of those on this side if town (with the exception of LSU 5 guys which is a pain to get to and park if u are not a student), plus, there’s a drive thru.

Br has to be the LA capital of burger places per capita. Shocking to hear more are opening up. Does anyone do market research anymore before opening a business?

BurgerIM

I noticed it for the first time driving past yesterday. I'd never heard of it but it looks like a pretty big chain. Tons of them in California and Texas.

When is Atomic Burger supposed to open?

Don't forget about Our Mom's, which is essentially another burger place (that I like too).

We have one by my house. They specialize in sliders.

But you can get different types of sliders, it was okay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

Didn't want to start a new thread since it is all the same shopping center.

Anyone try Uno Dos Tacos or Bayou Boyz yet?

I've been wondering the same. I might try one of them this weekend.

Are they owned by the same people? I was looking for something on Waitr the other night and they are listed together.

Yes, they share the same room. I think you can order either.. or both. Maybe there’s 2 counters.
