Definitely happening! They have the signs up. Will be interesting to see how it does at this location.

is it possible for this chain to get too big and have quality suffer?

I've noticed the service and quality at the Old Hammond location isn't on par with the others.

Also, the Bluebonnet location is the nicest, cleanest and most pleasant location of them all.

How does the chicken compare to the Plank Rd location? If it's the same I'm in.

I was excited to try the Bluebonnet one after hearing about the other locations for so long. Was one of the saltiest meals I've ever had in my life, and the chicken was so-so. Willing to give it a mulligan if a Jones Creek one happens, but not expecting much.

How is it over there? Every time I pass by there’s never anyone there.

Haven’t had the boudin yet, but the fried rice and egg rolls were good, but nothing special

I've been to Plank and it's awesome. Will I get the same at Bluebonnet or do I need to drive all the way to Plank?

All the locations are separately owned and operated. Look up Blue Store Bluebonnet road, click the facebook link for that store, and scroll through for a minute. You'll see posts when they opened this past summer pointing out that they are all separate in some way. That's the extent of my knowledge on that front.

The Big Shack Chicken sandwich for $2.99 is worth the drive as is the fish and the pork chop sandwich. As good as Popeyes sandwich is this is head and shoulders above it.

I stop at the Blue Store just off Southern campus and they are very good wings with a side of fried rice.
