Not driving to LaPlace for sausage is my reason.

I use many different brands. My primary go to when I'm home is D&J's grocery on Black Bayou road. My secondary these days is Lamendola's smoked sausage. Mass marketed I'll use Verons or Cajun Boy (great tasting sausage) or French Settlement. Sometimes others but NEVER Manda.

Alexander's store brand is solid. Their venison is one of my favorites.

Rabadeauxs.
Off topic, but I wonder, how did this name originate?

Is it a mashup of Rabalais and Thibodeaux?
