Was planning on chicken and sausage jambalaya but....


where can you get duck in the B.R. area?


ETA: N/M ... I googled it and it pointed me to a thread here on the F and D board.

Not at my bar. We keep the A/C at 62 degrees.

You can get frozen ducks at any/all of the Asian grocery stores in town. I'm getting mine from Chris' Specialty Meats.

Saw frozen ducks at winn dixie yesterday for around $25.Never bought it before so , i dunno if that's good or bad.
