My last one, two weeks back. Time to do it again.

We had BLTs for dinner last night. Had some bacon left so I made myself a sandwich for lunch today.
Not a great picture as I was hungry and hurriedly snap a couple of pics.

Where is that from? Dang!!

Love a good Reuben. Manda makes a fine corned beef for homemade reubens, but ever since Rouses bought out LeBlanc’s, I can’t seem to find a store that carries it.

I love a muffaleta, po boy, blt, pb&j, and bahn mi as much as anyone, but a ruben, they are not. A well made reuben has no equivalent.

Who made that reuben?

100% with you. Probably my favorite sandwich in existence.
For all who asked - The one I posted is from George's. There's a Jewish-esq sandwich place downtown too called Milford's, but I've never been.
I vaguely remember liking the rueben at Bistro Byronz, but it has been years.

Make the roast beef from a round roast. Roast beef on toasted sourdough with horseradish. Good.
But not a reuben.

I like everything except the Russian Dressing.

One of my fav sammiches. Zoe's actually makes a really good one, but they recently took it off the menu.

I like everything except the Russian dressing, the sauerkraut, and the rye bread.
But I love pastrami!

I love George's but I usually get the ribeye and swiss. I definitely have to try their Reuben. It looks great!

This thread has inspired today's lunch. Maxwell's is currently making me a delicious reuben, a pickle, and a big order of fries.

I love a good Reuben. I actually like them with a good coarse mustard in place of the dressing.
I like it with both dressing and mustard

My only problem with them, and I do like them, is how salty they are. It's my problem with a lot of sandwiches these days and the reason I don't eat them as often (i love sandwiches).
I think a perfect bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel toasted is the GOAT, but I like breakfast more than most
