Place is garbage. When you're advertising $1 margaritas every day all day, you're at the beginning of the end

Was it ever considered good in the first place?

The food in Br was just that bad back in the aughts. Now, fortunately, it’s improved and so a place like TJs gets left behind in the dust.

I think you’re off by a decade

I don’t mind TJ Ribs but it’s prime was definitely the 90s

Full Rack $30
Fulton St. Ribs $20
St. Louis Ribs $22
Comes with two sides

The ribs are so small but have decent flavor. Problem is I can go and do this at home for a fraction of the price with a better rub.

We went when I visited for the first time in spring 2010. There's no appeal to the restaurant unless you're a mega LSU fan.

The burger is the only thing I get from there and that's pretty good, but any restaurant should be able to know how to make a hamburger. The sides are average. I don't understand the purpose of the Mojos. They aren't even seasoned.

The menu itself has only gone up in prices without anything new since I first tried it. I have never heard of anyone getting that giant competition tray, which used to be $80-$90 and is now $120 for the same bland food. I only assume that the menu has never changed because the clientele has not changed: same people who thought it was amazing 20 years ago who only eat at the same few restaurants if they do dine out.

When they start advertising Karaoke on Friday nights, you know the end is near my friend.

I've never been a fan of TJ ribs. Always mediocre food, and spotty service. Definitely felt way too much like a chain restaurant too. Hopefully a local restaurant will take it over.

I forget how big the Acadian location is, but the seigen restaurant location is freakin huge. I'm sure this will deter new restaurants from wanting to operate out of these buildings.

The Siegen location has been bull dozzed so I don’t think the size will be a problem.

the clientele that the $1 margaritas brings in doesn’t help

I think I read they are putting a Chipotle there.

It's a Chipotle and another restaurant. There's a link somewhere out there but I know they're supposed to have 3 stores in that specific spot.
