I strangely loved their nachos, and I'm not really a nacho orderer. They had feta on them, which was different than anywhere else.

We don’t stop at just topping our fresh tortilla chips with our famous queso and marinated grilled chicken, though—in fact, we keep the party going by loading them up even more with shredded cheese, feta, hand-diced pico de gallo and our signature garlic sauce.
We also liked that they opened at like 7am, so it was a different option when wanting a morning meal.

Okay yes, looking back that was absolutely the move. I just remember their portions being huge and it being noticeably cheaper than the competition. Also close to make a drunk run from the cottages pool

Their breakfast tacos was my go to order.

IDK. What is their rating?

Their rating (at least around BR) seems to be "lost in the shuffle". I forgot it even existed. Izzo's has a big local presence, and Chipotle has been making inroads. These last two also advertise regularly and I've never seen a Qdoba commercial until last week, incidentally.

they are a hundred times better the chpotle.
i will always prefer izzos, but when i lived away from louisiana, Qdoba was a solid go to for a burrito.

Tried Qdoba tonight after not going since Covid......iI thought it was much improved since years ago. All meats were better than Izzo's and the queso is still fantastic.. Pricier than what we usually spend at Izzo for a family of four. $45 vs about $70...but bigger portions.

Izzos steak nachos, no beans, no rice. GOAT of Sunday hangover meals. I have a buddy in Mississippi that taught me that, and it's almost the only thing I miss about Baton Rouge other than AM Mart.

Freebirds > Chipotle > Qdoba
We only have qdoba here. It scratches the itch.

Why would you go to Qdoba if you think Chipotle is better?
Posted on 11/14/25 at 9:25 pm to KosmoCramer
Because we don't have a Chipotle.

Where doesn't have a Chipotle?

Rapid City, SD.
No Chipotle.
No Chic-Fil-A.
No Canes.

Looks like you might be getting a Chipotle, Chik-Fil-A and Panda.
