Agree that if you have sweaty, cranky kids you should probably try Pizza Domenica's happy hour over restaurant Domenica. PD is more casual by far.
ETA: or just go to Pizza Delicious. Way more kid-friendly than either PD or D. Great pizza, too.

shite, guess I have to cancel the reservations to Herbsaint since they probably don't have a changing room.

That was exactly the point of me asking the location is not a bad walk from FQ fest and is a place the wife and I have been wanting to get to if a 5 & 7 year old would be welcome, which from the looks of the thread, seems like they are

i think i've mentioned it here before but i've taken my 5 and 8 year old kids to domenica and they have a blast. the waiter brought them some dough to play with. even let them go back in the kitchen to meet shaya. it was kinda early on a friday evening so wasn't crazy yet.

Had lunch there yesterday. Plenty of folks with kids and all different manner of dress which it pretty much what I've seen each time I've gone. If your kids like pizza, you'll be fine.

My two year old has done well at both Domenica and Pizza Domenica. She loves the pizza and I've never felt out of place being there with a child.

It was hyperbole to get the idea across that the place isn't August. Wonton seemed to not know. I may have misinterpreted that though.

oh my bad

I've been to Domenica maybe 10-12 times and never seen kids in there. Tons of kids at Pizza Domenica though. I've gone for dinner and happy hour at Domenica and you usually get a nice mix of people. Since happy hour is now an hour earlier, I imagine more families go for "lunch"
