Ina Garten's Braised Short Ribs Are Delicious!

RECIPE
Some photos below. I forgot to use celery, but I used extra leeks, onions and fennel because I love those flavors. Served over creamy stone ground grits (no cheese). Added my addiction of green onions. Roasted some Campari tomatoes with herbed olive oil and zaatar seasoning.

I detest that elitist cow...but her recipes that I've tried work well. I won't watch her show though, and I wouldn't piss on her walrus like carcass if she was on fire, but if she was just innocently standing within range, I'd probably piss on her.
