I've never seen one. Maybe you could find a yellow one.

I’d call around to all the LSU apparel gift shop stores first.

Then I’d search for a mardi gras one to see if you can get the colors close to LSU colors.

If neither of them you can always get a regular dish and just dye the egg whites purple and the yolk will be your gold.

Well that will leave more deviled eggs for the other people unfortunate enough to have you at their tailgate.

Fun fact: potato salad is the most likely food to give people food poisoning at a picnic. Not due to the mayo like you’d think, but the potatoes at room temperature.

I still eat it and deviled eggs at outdoors events.

No

Oh well...I do and I haven't gotten sick yet, knock on wood, I guess...

I have a few friends who keep mayo in the pantry even after it's been opened.

You’ll have to look in gift shops and ask the workers/owners. They may know who makes them.

Thanks for all the feedback, guys. I stumped the Goodwood Hardware folks. Looks like I’m gonna have to see if I can find somebody to custom-make one.

Maybe someone on Etsy makes them and can at least make one in LSU colors if nothing else.

I was like, hold up, its just yolk with mayo and mustard? Now I tear them up.

I occasionally use a little relish, but mostly just mayo and mustard, sprinkle with paprika. My favorite part of making Easter eggs for the kids are the 3-4 that just happened to have the shell crack while boiling them. Funny how there's always a few that we can't dye and I have to eat them.

Call some of these folks. One of them has a mold and will make one for you custom, but not necessarily expensive.

Googled ceramic shops Baton Rouge, LA

If they don't have one, they will know who does.
