Had procedure done on teeth and need some ideas for soft foods.

Surprised no one has said scrambled eggs. That was my go-to when I had my wisdom teeth removed.

Breakfast: heated muffin/cornbread with milk poured over in a bowl.
Scrambled eggs

been on soft/liquid diet almost two weeks now

bananas
smoothies
grits
oatmeal
pasta
mashed cooked veggies and potatoes
soup
etc

bonus is I’ve lost 15 pounds

You've probably lost muscle too. You're not getting enough protein unless you're adding some supplements to those smoothies.
