I preferred their Alfredo pasta. I made it with chicken, Tasso and Andouille. That shite was fantastic. Unfortunately, I can only find it pre-made now. It is still good, but Andouille and Tasso being added was legit.

Add me to the list. So easy and delicious. I do like Blue Runner better, but I can't get them where I live now (that I know of).

My pantry celebrates their entire product line; dirty rice, jambalaya, red beans and rice, black beans and rice, and even their Mardi Gras fish fri is absolutely delicious.

I saw some of Zat's RB&R at a party in Florida. Did not look good.

To make this mess, you cook both the red beans and the rice in the same pot. I guess the beans are pre-cooked, then freeze dried for the mix.

I use the Zatarain's boxed stuff from time to time. I've even bought their frozen meals for easy work lunches. They blackened chicken Alfredo is tasty. I don't know if they still make the frozen ones though

All of their boxed items are giant sodium bombs.

I’ll use their jambalaya mix occasionally

Never tried the two kits you’re talking about

I never just follow the instructions, I always add fresh stuff from the garden or store (Onion, peppers, tomatoes, etc, depends), and I always cook the meat separately and deglaze the pan with beer before pouring it over the boxed preparation.
