They grow some damn good tomatoes up here in Oregon. I always had trouble growing them in Florida. Looking forward to growing my own next year.

Now what do I do with these?

Yep. That's what they brought it in. Apparently, tomatoes are fragile...

Had a BLT. Toast the bread. Thick cut bacon. Iceberg lettuce. DO NOT forget the mayo, even if you don't like mayo.

Those deserve the most modest preparation. Two slices of fresh white bread, Dukes mayo(Blue Plate will work) and S&P. Anything more is doing a disservice to their simplistic beauty.

Sauté some garlic and crushed chili flakes in some EVOO. Smash in some fresh tomatoes, cracked pepper, and sea salt. Throw in a dash of congac. Cook down for bit. Throw in whatever fresh seafood u can catch/buy up in the NW. Enjoy!

Crush them up, add some peppers, onions, salt, and herbs, then throw in a jar and ferment for a week, then enjoy the most delicious salsa you've ever had.

i put them in the ice box and, when i'm ready, i quarter them, salt/pepper/vinegar them, and devour them.

i like them crispy and cold

also, i love them on a ham sandwich.
