I like to soak in Dales for about 10 min then grill.

Are you looking for other options besides just steak?

Unique ways to season them. Some people just use dry rubs and some may marinate them.

grill it, sit it on top of a piece of garlic bread, top it with crawfish ettouffee (without the rice, of course).

Worst shite I've ever done to meat in my life.

I know a lot of people love it but my palette thought it was garbage.

Did you find it salty? I know a ton of people that dont know how to use it right. Used correctly it should only add a little flavor to the meat.

Cast iron skillet, peanut oil, kosher salt, pepper, get skillet hot as possible sear each side for 30 sec, put in 500 degree oven for 2-3 minutes on each side, take out lest rest 5 minutes some how to where it does not sit in its own juice and enjoy

Soak pecan shells or wood chips in water for 15 min. Let them drain or shake the drops off.

Dizzle steaks with a little olive oil. Use fresh peppercorns and season - do not use salt! place steaks on hot grill for 60 seconds on each side, then remove steaks and place wood chips on charcoal (webers are great for this). Place steaks back on grill, cover grill and be patient. Flip over after about 7 minutes, take our time to cook.

Add salt to taste only after removing steaks.

+1.

However, if you're looking for something a little different, McCormick has a product called Montreal Steak that is very good on steaks. Its a dry rub; just put a generous amount on each side of the steak and grill 'em up. We use it fairly often on both steaks and roasts.

if it's good meat do nothing! maybe a little salt and pepper. if you must marinate just keep it simple...a little soy sauce, a little garlic, tiny bit of lemon juice and you should be good

Marinate it in panola cajun steak sauce, tobasco, and garlic butter overnight. Season with your favorite seasoning and cook it. Mmmmmmm

score it very lightly both ways until you have small squares all over it.

Generously rub taragon on both sides into the slits

Grill.

- YOU'RE WELCOME!

I agree...unless you are going for rare, it will dry the meat out.
And always let the meat rest before serving.

The salt will not dry the meat out in the 8 minutes or so it will take to grill the steaks. The caramelized salty crust it produces is worth any lost moisture. I salt my steaks, and they're always juicy.

Cooking some Calandro's Prime Ribeyes for lunch today. Sometime grill them, but honestly, eating up the big Viking griddle to its maximum setting and cooking in a little puddle of butter to medium rare can't be beat. I can already hear my arteries slamming shut!
