Witch Wich.
Bonus points for their ordering system. Check boxes on the bag and hand it to the cashier.
Italian Grinder w/ pesto, olive salad, hot pepper mix.

Jason's deli is the shite. At least the one I've eaten at in Jackson, MS. Half a reuben+salad bar. I could eat it for lunch nearly everyday.
Firehouse is really good to me, but I've only ever eaten one thing there. The "Hero" fully involved, add jalapeños and shrooms.
One I haven't seen mentioned, and admittedly I've had great and bad experiences depending on the franchise you go to, but Lenny's has one of my favorite cold cuts when they make it right, the roast beef. Their hot pepper relish is probably my single favorite sandwich condiment/sauce.
I feel like a lot of these answers though are going to be based on which one's you've tried. The Jason's Deli in Jackson may be vastly superior to one elsewhere under different management. Same goes with every other place.

Jason's Deli is my favorite. They actually give you a lot of meat and it doesn't cost all that much more than the others on that list. For some reason the Jason's Deli in Baton Rouge is not as good as the rest of them I've eaten at across the country.
The rest of those on that list will do in a pinch if you are starving but nothing to write home about.

Another vote for Which Witch. Too bad it's way out on Seigen.
I did like Quiznos though, it's a shame the one on Burbank closed.

Lenny's philly steak with hot pepper relish is probably my favorite fast food sandwich of all

The Firehouse Hero sub is really good.
I used to eat at subway a few times a week. The quality of service at most of their locations make their avg food not worth the hassle.

Lenny's
Quiznos
Subway...absolutely meh, can make better sandwiches at home with Oscar Meyer meats.

1) Jersey Mikes
2) Lenny's
3) Larry's Giant Subs
4) JJ
5) Firehouse
6) Blimpie (if they still exist)
I don't eat at Subway and Jason's Deli isnt a sub shop.
If you don't have a Larry's Giant Subs or Lenny's then I feel bad for you.

Yep. I don't get the appeal. A million other delicious ways to consume 900 calories. Not wasting it on a cold cut.
I go to a sandwich shop maybe twice a year. For me.. 1. Firehouse 2. Quiznos 3. Subway
When did Subway start attracting such ghetto customers, though? Both times I went in 2016 were surprisingly like being in a Church's.

Subway
the only reason i ate there as much as i did is because they had shops inside of buildings i worked in. And the service was beyond bad.
Um, i hate to disturb your obviously more important conversation with your coworker but, i'd like to get my food in time to eat it during my lunch break.
I would not drive to a subway restaurant to eat.
