How do you take care of, say 20 gals of old oil used for frying turkeys?

TIA

Your local water and sewer company should have a system in place for recycling oil.

Find an abandoned parking lot and dump it out somewhere in there

As always you have to bring arse to beat arse. It's not like it's used motoroil.

Yeah, but there are may what ifs in this case. For me I have dogs, and if you threw used oil in my yard my dogs would go apeshit , eat it, and get sick. This = arse beating

Second is that it would kill plants and other vegetation. Now if I didn't give a crap about my yard and it looked like a jungle I wouldn't care. But I take care of my yard and it's like an oasis for me. This again = arse beating

Oh I bring plenty of arse too.

Bring to any restaurant or catering facility. The oil bins they get out back are free, and they actually get a check for the oil each month. The more oil, the more $$$$

Most restaurants have a container for their used fryer oil. If you ask the manager of your favorite place, I bet they will let you dispose of it there.

Pour it on dry dry dog food or bread over a period of two weeks and feed it to your dogs. They love frying oil.

If you don't have a dog then you should get one.
