Boneless beef ribs
This sounds like beef chuck cut into strips that resemble ribs.

1 diced yellow onion, 3 diced jalapeños in a Dutch oven. Lay the seasoned beef meat on top then pour 1 bottle of turbo dog (or any dark beer) and 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce over meat. Put lid on a place in 300 degree oven for 4 hours. Best damn sammiches you’ll ever eat!

Season with SPG, vac seal, brine for 2-3 days, sous vide at 170 for 18 hours, remove, cool in fridge then put in the oven or grill at 500 or higher until crispy on the outside. It's amazing
