I use mine for making chocolate lava cakes, which I’m pretty sure is also made at Chili’s.

I have like 30 or so different shapes and sizes. The wife use to work at Dillards and when people would return sets that had broken she could buy each one for a $1. I use them for dips, individually servings of mac and cheese/chicken pot pie. Most of the time they are used for individual serving size of goldfish or some mix for the kids.

I love them and use them for many different reasons. I used one last night for the tartar sauce I made to go with my fried catfish. Great for the au jus for a French dip sandwich, for example.

Mine are made of Gold Pressed Latinum. I got them off of a Ferengi that said they were the only ones like them. He seemed honest enough but who knows with a Ferengi.
