Took off of work last minute for tomorrow. I have a frozen brisket. Can I make this happen tomorrow?

Maybe to clarify. What’s the safest way to defrost it today to get it on the smoker tomorrow morning?

Just set it on the counter or in the sink. It's not going to go bad while it is thawing out.

You can also defrost in water, either warm or cold. It will defrost very quickly.

Fill ice chest or big enough bucket with water. Place vaccuum sealed frozen brisket in water. Let sit for 6hrs or longer until thawed.

This.

I usually don't defrost anything in the fridge because I don't plan that well

In a fridge i'd say 4 or so days.

Room temperature water. A few hours later you’ll be fine. Just dump it and refill the sink if you need to.

I bet you could smoke a brisket starting from frozen, although trimming would be a challenge.

Online search shows that it has been done.
