Of course, SixthAndBarone can get a hell of a good look at a T-Bone steak by sticking his head up a bull's arse, but I'd rather take the butcher's word for it.

Everybody knows that, it's just that your little schtick is getting old.
I have been on this message for far too long, and I'm way too old to let it ruffle my feathers, but I'll oblige to you by replying, but just remember it's a food forum on a sports message board so nobody really gives a 2 bit shite about your antics.

But hey thanks for bumping my thread.

Thanks, they were really good.
It's a char-griller combo gas/charcoal with an off set smoker.

Oh and I also like to use the side burner to get my charcoal chimney going, takes about 10 seconds for it to fire it up and get it going

Bruh, you need to find an outlet. You have issues.
And that's coming from someone with diagnosed issues.

I had one of those for about a decade. Loved it, but it was yuge. Had some minor issues with the gas side after about 7-8 years, but I kept it around for the smoker. I thought about redoing the gas side, getting new burners and all that, but bought a weber kettle instead. I also used the side burner for lighting coals, and it is so fast. About the only thing I missed about a gas grill. Now I have a blackstone with a side burner, and use that.

Oh, and the bacon looks great.

Helluva job HP. I'd eat the hell out of those. I'm actually doing some for a contest here in about two weeks.
