I know Cooper still lives right around the corner

Not really. He lives on Webster near magazine. Not trying to be a dick, But I guess New Orleans is so small that “around the corner” to me means literally within a block or two of somewhere.

Also, Fat Harry’s is legendary.

Didn't they have a full-sized canvas Royal Navy ensign hanging from the ceiling back in the mid-70's?

Apparently superior seafood bought out fats.

The Superior family of restaurants bought that whole “block” a few years back. The FH owners were old and died, not sure if family still owns it

Superior just recently purchased the building that includes Fat Harry's and Superior Seafood.

You won’t find a better Buffalo wing in New Orleans

We used to live a few blocks away. We would go to Superior Seafood for happy hour weekly, but often I would walk next door and get an order of wings and a beer

The old black janitor guy stayed wasted

I believe his name was Johnny. We would drink with him at the bar on mornings when we started drinking early. We also took Johnny to Metry with us once when we were prepping for Endymion. We pulled up to my buddy's house on Folse and Johnny thought we were in Beverly Hills. When we met up with our other friends at Endymion with Johnny, they were somewhat confused. Then Johnny puked right there in the street. Good times!

Great food

I don’t think I’ve ever had a single bite of food there, unless it was late arse night and I just don’t remember.

Plenty of gulps of alcohol, though.
