They taste better if you fry them in your garage or under a carport...just saying.

I find pan frying it, with about an inch of oil, produces the best results. I use flour, but not egg wash.

Go to a store and buy a butterball tabletop fryer. Only does all turkeys but does great.

Leave it totally frozen and then just throw it in.

Make sure to stand right by the fryer and look at it too

Make sure you fill the cavity with water before putting the bird in the oil. This will help keep it moist during the fry.

First, start your Facebook live feed and then make sure the turkey is nice and frozen...

Remove neck and sack of guts
Shoot it up with Cajun garlic or Cajun butter liquid seasoning (1 bottle per turkey)
Sprinkle outside of turkey with Tony's or whatever seasoning u like
Put in fridge overnight
In the am take it out let it sit out for 30 min while oil gets hot
Drop in grease, fry for 3 min/lb!!!! (Use thermometer to check internal temp)
Place in foil pan, wrap it up tight with alum foil for about 30 min
Carve and enjoy'
Turkeys 12lbs or less are best for frying
