Just take out of refrigerator 30-40 minutes. What say you?

i like the crust. if you heat it, does it soften up?

Never had it heated. Always just sits on the counter with foil. Put in icebox at night. But I'm not a honey baked ham guy much. I never buy them but have several given to me each year.

The thought of heating one has never occurred to me.

Do not heat, it will dry out, just bring to room temp and the most important thing is to save the bone for white beans
