Some people put it on peanut butter sandwiches.
Peanut butter, banana, honey sandwich is great
I mix it with mustard or soy sauce (sometimes both) for sauces in cooking different recipes
But the absolute best is honey on one of my grandmother's homemade buttered biscuits

Mix it with softened butter to make honey butter for biscuits or pancakes or waffles. Keep a jar in your fridge.
Use in place of sugar for a beverage sweetener or salad dressing.

Works well in balsamic dressing. Bbq sauce. My gf puts in hot tea. The biscuit thing trumps all that though.

Nah I'm good. I would only feel discomfort if I didn't know what honey was used for.

I get the peanut butter with honey already mixed in.
Make little nilla wafer sandwiches with that stuff.

Been buying jars of this from a local farmer at the farmers market. Good stuff, I like it poured on a pork chop or a piece of fried chicken

Drizzle over goat cheese on a cracker.

Honey
My buddy gave me a couple of jars of honey he got from his hives. I have never really used honey. What do you do with it?

This
I make sure to use toasted bread, and eat it open faced with a knife and fork; as, it can otherwise be messy.

Medjool date, pitted. Stuffed with cream or goat cheese. Topped with pecans. Drizzle with fresh honey. You’re welcome.

Use it to balance heat with some sweetness in a sauce. All kinds of uses.
Useful in chili for that and another layer of flavor.

This recipe for Honey Sesame Chicken looks good. I know there are other chinese chicken recipes.
LINK
I think General Tso's chicken uses honey too.
Any honey, chinese mustard, red pepper flakes onion, green bell pepper and peanuts sauce over chicken would be tasty.

1:1:1 ratio of chicken stock, soy sauce, and honey. Pour it over fried or grilled chicken and serve with white rice and steamed broccoli.
