I wish this new restaurant well. It will take some time for them to figure out what the hell they are doing. If you want this restaurant to be successful, give the owner a call, let them know of the problems you had.

If not, Opie owes me money since there is a debit on my card from his place last weekend.

it's better to keep your mouth shut and appear ignorant, than to open you mouth and remove all doubt.....oh, too late.

So, I go there tonight, to check out the place. I spoke to the owner today, and he assured me it would be open tonight to accommodate any walk in guests, and no parties were booked. I pick up my friend, and we drive from mid city baton rouge, to prarieville for dinner.

CLOSED. I mean, WTF. CLOSED?!?!?!?

It's on thing to keep odd hours, even close for the holidays, but to be told somewhere is going to be open, for that long of a drive is unacceptable (in my book.)

I'm not spilling anyone's beans, but this place needs a QUICK restructure and new business plan, or quote me that it's gonna be another closure in less than 60 days.

The location is too damn hard to see from the road. It's so friggin dark in that corner, I couldn't tell if it was open or not, without tuggin on the door. Maybe take all the tint off the windows, and put some lights up to start? Oh, and Unlock the door?

Yeah, someone said earlier they tried to go but they were closed. I asked him how could he tell.

BTW, if you are a Ascensionite is Sno's still good?

Is to me and my wife. We were there last night.

Shrimp Casino and a cup of Shrimp and corn bisque for appetizers. Had the superbowl salad for the meal for a change.

The seafood stuffed mushrooms and the either the shrimp hilda or the Fish Cecile are my favorites.

As of 12/1 there was a sign on the door that said they are closed until they can get some employees. The idea of it being in a bad location doesn't mean it has to fail. Los Palmas and Charlie Brown's are in the exact same location in the other two strip malls right down the street and they do fine. When K- Michael's was there it also did well. This place isn't going to make it b/c the food is not very good. If he food was good, the people would find it.

In an earlier post by the owner it was stated that the restaurant had 29 employees. it's hard to believe they lost that many people.
