I wouldnt mind the head cheese.

You make you own shine? I have several different jars right now in my liquor cabinet.

I got some Applie Pie, Strawberry Sugar Shine, and some Popcorn Sutton white lightning.

try sliced hogshead cheese, cajun turkey, pepperjack cheese, honey mustard, sweet relish, and tomatoes toasted together in a sandwich press. Talk about incredible.

Bourgeois Meat Market in Thibodaux/Schreiver. They make a turkey cheese that may actually be better than hoghead cheese

Legnon's Boucherie in New Iberia

Worth the ride to the first Laplace exit at hit up Jacob's. Delicious. For best local I like Creole Kitchen. Places like Langenstein's and Dorignac's carry it. Probably at Rouse's as well.
