Went earlier today. Lake eloi oysters and tuna crudo are awesome.

Don't know, but I messaged them via Facebook for a recipe and I received it. You could probably message/email them on the website. If they're really busy, it may take a while, but the person who responded to me was very nice and sent it after a few weeks. I think it was after a holiday when I asked, so they took a little time.
