What was the Mexican/Tex-Mex place on Acadian just off of I-10? It's now a Saltgrass steak house.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Did all of their locations eventually close down? What is the person, or people, that started it doing now?

Coyote Blues actually used smoked meats. Those duck quesadillas were delicious.

Hell he started Burger Tyme. I remember Baton Rouge has one but I don’t remember where it was located. The Cajun Blaze hamburger.

Had several, one on Essen where the India place is now, I think after it was Bonapartes and Ms wieners chicken and biscuits
Also had one downtown, maybe on Florida or North street, maybe even government, was not my part of town but can remember getting a Cajun blaze and curly fries there at least once
