I went to Cowell the other night and changed up my burger order, went with bacon and blue. So freaking good, their agogo sauce is a nice touch.

Cowbell is excellent. Really like it. Might head there for lunch tomorrow.

Buds is good for what it is, its a fast food burger and thats all its supposed to be - compare it to McDonalds, Burger King and Rallys - which means Buds is the top notch in my opinion.

For a good fresh ground burger, I agree Luke is one of the best, I like all the typical ones around, Port of Call, Yo Mammas. Recently I tried Down the Hatch and I like those too, the bun is fresh baked by Liendhiemer (sp?), which I like - I hate when you get a great good big burger and the bun is way to small and falls apart.

I want to try Cowbell and Buffa's.

I checked out the menu and don't think I will ever eat there. When I make a decision to eat a burger, I'm not making it based on health.
Why are they "healthy"? I saw their signs saying that but I didn't understand why...

The burgers and ingredients are supposedly "organic", and the burgers are steamed instead of grilled.

I thought the buns were steamed, not the meat

Where are these places located in New Orleans? I've been to Luke and I know where that is. Always talk of Port of Call on here, but I have not heard of the others listed.
