I like using the leftover rotisserie chicken to make Creamed Chicken on egg noodles, toast, biscuits or any kinda bread that looks good.

I recently learned that if you order a cold one vs. a hot one from Walmart, it's $2 cheaper! We keep one in the fridge for wraps, salads, etc...

Went to Sam’s after work for 2 chickens- one to snack on and one for a big batch of chicken salad

Picked/shredded the whole chicken (minus a few samples) while the eggs boiled, add cream cheese, pickles, brown mustard, celery salt and pepper, peeled and ran 5 eggs through the cheese grater (so much easier than chopping/dicing), mix and taste. Delicious!!!

Try it- it’s a GAME CHANGER. Maybe I’m biased since it’s the chicken salad I grew up on, but it’s so good.

I think that's why I don't like Chicken Salad Chick. That and the fact that it's blended into a paste.

I used them to make Buffalo Chicken Dip this past weekend and everyone raved about it.

Great deal for sure. My mom loves chicken salad sandwiches, so when she's in the mood for it she'll pick one up.

So cream cheese instead of mayo huh?? Interesting

I'm a cream cheese in my sushi type of guy so I'd give it a go.

Let the cream cheese sit on the counter, wrapped in the foil wrap, until it softens up a bit. It'll be easier to mix.

Get the Whole Foods Chicken, costs a tad more, but is better, moist not rubbery like many of the $5 ones at various places. Try the Lemon.Herb.

I'll use sour cream, cottage cheese, mayo, or cream cheese when making chicken salad. They all do roughly the same job. Wife prefers cream cheese and adds grapes and walnuts to hers. I prefer mayo or cottage cheese and add boiled eggs.

Yes . At Sam's I buy all of them I see - usually around the fajita kits and salmon-they have 4 breasts in a container-bones in for $3.98. Remove the bones ,dice, freeze for chicken salad

Man sometimes if I don’t have a lunch at work I’ll head down to the pig and get a Cajun Tissi. Money in the bank.
