Good upscale restaurant in the Nola area for 21st bday? UPDATE

I'll be 21 next month and told my parents I'd like them to take me to an upscale kind of restaurant for my 21st birthday.
What suggestions are good? Restaurant NOLA, Ruth's Chris, La Boca, Commander's, Herbsaint, Emeril's, Galatoire's???
